  一.教材分析

  GO FOR IT教材七年级下册第十二单元的中心话题是rules,主要语言功能项目是谈论并制定某些规章制度(校规、班规、家规等)。语言结构为祈使句,情态动词can表示许可的用法和情态动词have to以及各种句式的变化。围绕这一中心话题,结合学生生活实际,从基本语言知识到语言综合运用层层递进,听、说、读、写依次展开,引导学生思考、学习和运用语言,对学生起到规范教育作用。

  二.学生分析

  初一学生刚由小学生转型过来,胆子大,模仿能力强,具有较强的表现欲与参与意识。因此,在教学设计中,我要注重学生原有知识和经验,注重他们的生活实际。课堂尽量使用直观教学法,使学生感到熟悉,容易接受和操作。以活动为途径,让学生充分参与和体验。但是学困生的增加是一大难题。为了帮助后1/3的学生能够早日提高,排座位的时侯很用心。把学生按学习情况排学号(比如1号到6号),分组的时候,1号到6号的6位同学是一个小组,全班共分4个小组。更重要的是,6号和1号挨着坐,其目的就是每位优秀生随时可以帮助自己组内的学困生,为了真正起到兵教兵作用。

  三.教学策略

  结合本单元教学内容和学生的学习情况,本节课主要采用任务型教学策略,结合学生实际,设计了真实而又切实可行的任务活动。单词是提前预习,单词巩固教学融合于具体的语境中.与此同时采用开放性教学策略,面对在第一课时,学生难以吸收新内容的实际问题,我在教学环节方面进行了一些顺序上的调整。

  四.教学设计

  本节课我要讲的是12单元的第一课时。

  (一)教学目标

  1.知识目标:

  正确使用情态动词can,have to和祈使句。

  2.能力目标

  能熟练使用目标语言,围绕规章制度展开话题,发表自己的看法与观点。

  3.情感目标:

  通过谈论规则,了解不同领域的规章制度,从而在社会和家庭中成为遵纪守法的好公民,理解父母的好子女。

  (二)教学重难点

  本节课重点是准确掌握和使用情态动词can,have to和祈使句的'正确用法。难点是学会讨论和制定规章制度。

  (三)教学设计

  任务1:快速阅读(导入新课)

  目的:通过快速阅读,解决问题的方式,不仅增加阅读量,更是引出本节课的话题,为新课的教学作好铺垫,让学生的注意力迅速集中起来。

  任务二:Do you have clever ears?

  目的:听力2a,2b教学部分,在形式上做了一点变动。在开始听之前先提出要求,而且考虑到学困生,要求学生边听录音边写下所听到的单词或重要短语,从而导入本节课的重要句型。

  任务三:学生小组活动(练习对话)

  目的:以直观教学引入School rules。

  操作:教师先做出动作,由此设问,Can we use mobile phones in class?学生自然回答No,we can’t。紧接着教师说Don’t use mobile phones in class。并指出我们必须在合适的时间和地点做合适的事。但是仍然有人破坏,在违规。就这样的生活实际,学生通过小组内对话形式活动,呈现一些他们身边出现的违规的行为。这样一来,不仅操练了句型,而且潜移默化地进行了行为规范教育。

  任务四:书面表达

  目的:运用祈使句,制定校规,班规,家规,交通规则,图书馆规则,电脑室规则等等,从而促进语言应用,达到能力目标的实现。

  操作:给学生充分的发展空间,先由学生组内讨论,进行总结,再向全班展示各小组的成果。为了不同层次的学生都得到发展,提前明确提出,必须每个组员都各提出一个规则,并且要求组长带领好自己组员,尤其是要关注5号,6号的参与情况,尽可能达到每个人都想,每个人都说,每个人都写的目标。

  Good afternoon, everyone. Today I am going to teach module 6,the Olympic adventure unit1,circling is more danger than swimming. this lesson is from new standard of English. in this lesson, I want students to learn something about the comparison of objectives to compare the sports in the Olympic games .The content of the text book contains two parts, one is about listening ,the other is about the short dialogue of talking about Olympic. First, I will show my teaching aims for you, the first is to understand the conversation about sports. Second, to process the information concerning sports. third, to talk about sports by using comparative forms. fourth, to know something about the 20xx Olympic .ok, this is my teaching aims .Here are the key vocabulary:

  cycling,gymnastics,skiing,dangerous,safe,difficult,easy,exciting,boring,popular,unpopular,relaxing.and the key structure is :more…than….

  Now, let me introduce my teaching procedures for you. My teaching procedures can be divided into five steps.Step1,review.In this part, I will set some real situation for ss to review what they have learn in module5. For example, I will ask ss to look at me .“look at that, it’s very heavy ,I can’t move it. ”and then, I will choose two students to stand up and I will have the rest of the ss to choose which one can help me to move it. Of course, they will say “student A ”.“why” , “because student A is stronger than student B.” This is my step1 review.

  Step2- I call it“ bring in”. in this part, I will ask ss to see some pictures, and ask “how many sports can you see in the scream”(show PPT) for example, I will show this to them. I will ask “can you tell me how many sports can you see in the scream?” Of course, the ss may answer “nine”, and then I will show each pictures to ss to teach them the new words, and how to pronounce each word correctly. Well, I will show it like this, for example, it’s gymnastics. Beside, in teaching them new words, I will ask them some questions. for example, I will ask ss “do you like gymnastics”.“yes, I like it”.and then I will ask“why?”.“because it’s very exciting.”by this way, I can introduce some new adjectives to ss and help them to know this new word again. This is my presentation.

  Second in this step, I will help the ss to find the opposite words among these adjectives s. (ppt) and help ss to consolidate what they have learn, especially for the new words. For example, difficult, easy. boring, exciting. Besides, I will make some sentences like“gymnastics is very difficult”,the ss may say“No, gymnastics is very easy.”

  The step 3 ,I give it a name“consolidation”,in this step ,I will finish the excises in the book. As I mentioned just now, the text contains two parts, one is listening ,the other is the short dialogue. First, I will play the tape for the ss, and ask them to fill in the blanks in the book. And then ,I will have some ss to read this short dialogue together. Of course, if ss have any question, I will have them raise their hand, I will deal the problems with them.

  Step4, that is concluding. I will set some real situation for ss, for example, here is a picture .I will ask them what is happening . like this pictures about Olympic. “you are an ethics who is very lucky to be able to take part in the Olympic ,but you should choose one sport from two. one is football ,the other is gymnastics.”maybe the ss may say “I will take part in the football match ”.Of course, I will ask for reasons,.they will say“because I like football, and football is more exciting than gymnastics ”In this way, I want the ss to make their sentences by comparing two sports. And I also write the sentences they made on the blackboard. At the end of the step,.I will ask the ss to look at sentence ,and tell me “can find the rule among the sentences in the blackboard.”“yes, when we have two thing to compare” and we should use the“ more… than… .”,I will ask the“why in module five we add “er”at the end,but here we add more before the adjectives.”“because there are more syllabus here. So we should we add more before the adjectives.”Ok, last I think it’s conclusion. In this part, I will use ss’ s imagination to invent a new sport for Olympic and give me the reasons. of course ,I will give an example first, for example, I will invent a water football ,so people can play football in the water, because it’s more exciting than football. ok, this is my teaching procedures .

  At Last ,I will give homework to ss. That is to write competition about what sports their parents and friends like, and give me reasons by using the comparing adjectives. that’s all ,thank you.
